As students progress through high school, it gets harder and harder to survive in school. The work gets harder and there is more of it. The days of grade school when there was no homework over the weekends seems like a distant memory or a happier time. Sleepless nights are not uncommon. Getting through school is tough.

Ipads might just make learning easier.

For many high school and college students, classes either already started or they start soon. Everyone is nervous about their first few days and wants to make a great impression on the teachers and students that they haven't seen since the previous year. I mean really, who wants to start off on the wrong foot?

Everyone does it at one point or another; procrastinate. It is really a killer for school work and it has been known to turn the most successful students into failures. Do not let procrastination get the best of you, especially if you are going to be a senior. Here are some tips and motivation to avoid procrastination.

So it has been vacation for a few weeks for most of us and some teens are starting to get bored already. After all, if you see the same friends every single day, it isn't as fun. Teens are mixing it up by reading during their free time. There is barely enough time during the year to read because school is so time consuming, so summer is the perfect time to enjoy a book. These are some great options that you are sure to enjoy.

Especially today with budget cuts across the country, one of the first things to go in public high schools is fine arts. People think that math and science classes are more practical in the long run because they can be applied to the job markets of the future. Arts classes are being cut even though these are the most important classes that a school can offer.
